Sharon A. Williams

Sharon A. Williams, has 40 years of experience as an attorney and has focused her practice as a mediator in the family law field since 2006. She sees mediation as an opportunity to help people resolve family disputes cost-effectively and amicably. Sharon was awarded the Oregon State Bar Family Law Section Professionalism Award in 2024.  She is a Fellow and the past President of the Oregon Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers; a member of the Oregon Mediation Association, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the past co-chair of the Executive Committee for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Oregon State Bar. Sharon is also the Secretary of the Oregon Academy of Family Law Practitioners. Sharon received her Juris Doctor from Willamette University in 1985 and is a lifelong resident of the Portland area.
