Ralph C. Spooner

Ralph C. Spooner is an experienced personal injury attorney licensed in Oregon since 1973 and works out of the Salem office of Spooner Staggs P.C. in Oregon. Serving the regions of Salem and Portland, Oregon, his practice focuses on significant bad faith claims against insurance companies and motor vehicle accidents involving catastrophic injuries or wrongful death.

Working for over five decades representing insurance companies, Mr. Spooner has gained insights into the internal workings of the industry. He uses this knowledge to tackle the wrongful denial or delay of claims by insurance companies in order to help his clients get justified compensation to cover their losses. He has handled over 1000 jury trials and hundreds of arbitrations and mediations. In the last three years he has obtained over 13 million dollars in settlements or paid judgments on behalf of his clients

Mr. Spooner has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He went on to complete his Juris Doctor cum laude in 1973 from the Illinois Institute of Technology – Kent College of Law. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and past President of the Marion County Bar Association.
