Kristin Winnie Eaton

Kristin Winnie Eaton is an attorney and the founder of Eaton Family Law & Mediation, LLC, located in West Linn, Oregon. Ms. Eaton focuses her practice on family law and domestic relations matters, handling matters involving divorce, custody, domestic violence, complex financial matters and tax issues. She serves clients in Happy Valley, Lake Oswego, Tualatin and West Linn.

After earning a bachelor’s degree from Lewis & Clark College, Ms. Eaton received her law degree from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College. She is licensed to practice law in Oregon as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and the U.S. Tax Court.

Ms. Eaton has been licensed to practice law since 1998 and has been a part of the Portland family law community for over 20 years. Over the course of her years in practice, she has earned a reputation as a considerate and passionate advocate for both children and parents who are dedicated to protecting the best interests of their children.

In addition to serving as an attorney, Ms. Eaton has served in various other legal roles. She has been a court appointed special advocate and guardian ad litem, representing the best interests of children in family legal matters.

Ms. Eaton has held various leadership roles in her community. She served three terms on the Gladstone School Board and chaired the board for two years. She also sat on the board of directors for the Family Stepping Stones Relief Nursery and was the advisory board chair for Multnomah CourtCare, a project of the Multnomah Bar Foundation.
