Ralph E. Lamar, IV

Ralph E. Lamar, IV, is an employment law attorney in Allentown, PA. As the founder of The Law Office of Ralph Lamar, he represents public and private employees in work-related legal disputes involving the Americans with Disabilities Act, harassment, retaliation, workplace discrimination and many other types of employment-related issues. He serves clients in Arvada and throughout the Denver-Aurora-Lakewood metropolitan area.

In 1983, Mr. Lamar graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics. He earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1990. He holds licenses to practice law in Pennsylvania and Colorado and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd and the 10th Circuit.

Mr. Lamar has over 32+ years of legal experience and has tried or served as co-counsel in many cases throughout the United States. He has litigation experience at the state, federal and appellate levels. In addition to employment law, he has handled numerous cases involving civil rights and police misconduct. 

Over the course of his years in practice, Mr. Lamar has fought to protect the rights of countless employees in complex legal disputes. He provides passionate and dedicated representation to each client. In addition to his law practice, he has participated in several professional organizations related to employment law. He is a former member of the Colorado Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association, where he served as president of the organization’s Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter.
