Marc S. Rosenberg

The founding and managing partner at Rosenberg Law, which has its offices in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, Marc S. Rosenberg focuses his practice exclusively on defending the rights of those who have been injured because of the negligent and careless actions of another party. Mr. Rosenberg has a reputation for communicating well and being attentive and responsive while taking on any case. He is well aware of the consequences of injuries caused through no fault of one’s own and strives to bring justice by aggressively defending the rights of his clients. 

Majoring in political science, Mr. Rosenberg has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College. He obtained his law degree from the Widener University Delaware Law School in Wilmington, Delaware. While in law school, he served as an editor for the Law Review.  

With memberships in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, the New Jersey Association of Justice, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Camden County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association, Mr. Rosenberg is an enthusiastic participant in his legal community. 

An avid speaker, Mr. Rosenberg has lectured on behalf of numerous renowned legal associations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Association of Justice and many others. Mr. Rosenberg has immense experience having served as an arbitrator as well as a judge pro tem. 

Recognized for his exceptional legal contributions, Mr. Rosenberg has a “Superb” rating on Avvo and is named to the list of Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers. He is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum for obtaining millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients. 

Admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Mr. Rosenberg is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Federal Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court District of New Jersey. He was permitted to litigate a few cases in Florida, Virginia and Maryland as well.
