Thomas Berman

A judicious legal advocate for his clients, Thomas Berman works relentlessly to get them the relief and peace of mind they deserve. A founding principal of  Berman Voss, he is well-equipped to take on complex workers’ compensation cases across myriad industries, including in construction, entertainment, health care, food services, hospitality, transportation, retail and professional sports, among many others.

Mr. Berman completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts degree. He went on to attend the Temple University School of Law, where he also graduated cum laude.  During his time there, he honed his legal talents and acumen, as well as bolstering his foundation, through his active involvement on campus. After receiving his Juris Doctor, he obtained his license to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1992. He is also licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

A stalwart advocate for his clients, Mr. Berman leaves no stone unturned in his pursuit of achieving his clients’ goals expeditiously, and with grace and poise.
