Daniel J. Rucket

Daniel's legal focus revolves around general casualty defense litigation, encompassing a broad spectrum of cases such as construction site accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction defects, products liability, water infiltration claims, healthcare, medical malpractice, subrogation defense, defamation, assault and battery, and general negligence. He routinely handles high-stakes cases involving significant losses, including those resulting in paraplegia, quadriplegia, traumatic brain injury, and wrongful death, often exceeding seven figures in value. 

Daniel boasts a track record of successfully defending and litigating diverse cases in both Federal and State courts, including Courts of Common Pleas across various Pennsylvania counties such as Philadelphia, Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Monroe, and Carbon. He has also handled appellate cases in the Pennsylvania Superior, Commonwealth, and Supreme Courts. Recognized for his legal prowess, Daniel has been honored as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer from 2010 to 2021 and as a Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2005 to 2007. He graduated with Honors from Franklin and Marshall College in 1990 and obtained his J.D. from the William & Mary Law School in 1993. Daniel is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Middle District of Pennsylvania.
