Daniel J. Rucket

Daniel Rucket is a 1990 graduate of Franklin & Marshall College. He earned his law degree from William & Mary in 1993. He clerked for the Honorable Albert R. Subers in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. He is a partner at Milber Makris Plousadis & Seiden LLP in its Berwyn, Pennsylvania office.  Dan concentrates his practice on general casualty defense litigation, including premises, motor vehicle, construction, and catastrophic injury. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
