Kevin J. Dmochowsky

Kevin specializes primarily in construction law, particularly representing architects and engineers, as well as handling products liability and other intricate litigation cases. Before joining MMP&S, he practiced at a renowned Pittsburgh-based international law firm, where he dealt with a wide array of products liability and complex commercial litigation cases in both federal and state courts nationwide. Additionally, Kevin has managed the defense of numerous mass-tort claims across various jurisdictions and devised and executed national trial strategies as national counsel for multiple industrial products manufacturers.

He graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2007, where he was actively involved with Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine. During his time in law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Donald C. Nugent of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Kevin earned his B.A. in Political Science and Anthropology from Trinity College in 2004. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and has gained extensive experience in numerous other states through pro hac vice admissions. Furthermore, Kevin is a Contributing Author for the Pennsylvania section of the Cumulative Supplement of the State-By-State Guide to Design and Construction Contracts and Claims (Second Edition) published by Wolters Kluwer.
