Mr. Keiser’s academic journey began at Wilkes University, where he graduated in 2012 with a double major in political science and criminology. He earned his Juris Doctor from The Pennsylvania State University – Dickinson Law in 2015, achieving a notable position within the top 30 percent of his class. His law school days were marked by accolades, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for workers’ compensation and leadership roles such as serving as vice president of the Labor and Employment Law Association.

During law school, Mr. Keiser contributed to the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic, collaborating on an amicus curiae brief for the National Urban League and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) in an employment discrimination case. His legal career commenced with a clerkship under the Honorable Justice Correale F. Stevens of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Before joining Hof & Reid LLC, he honed his skills as an associate attorney at a law firm in Allentown.

Licensed to practice across all courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Mr. Keiser is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. A respected member of the legal community, he is actively involved with the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Bar Association of Lehigh County and the Northampton County Bar Association. Additionally, he participates in the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, the Wilkes Barre Law & Library Association and the Judge Donald E. Wieand Barristers’ Inn of Court.
