Jonathan Ostroff

Attorney Jonathan Ostroff is the named partner at Ostroff Injury Law in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. Mr. Ostroff serves a wide range of clients throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area and statewide who have been injured due to accidents, medical malpractice or catastrophes caused by negligence.

A graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School, Mr. Ostroff has been admitted to practice law since 1990. Along with being licensed to practice in Pennsylvania state courts, he is admitted to appear before federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ostroff has recovered substantial sums for his clients through favorable verdicts or settlements. One of his 2016 cases which resulted in a high verdict was featured in various online media outlets.

This recognition extends into other areas as well. Mr. Ostroff has achieved the highest rating of AV Preeminent* from the peer review organization Martindale-Hubbell and been named among the “Top 100 trial lawyers” by The National Trial Lawyers. His success in the area of personal injury law has also earned him membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

In addition to running his law practice, Mr. Ostroff and his wife co-founded Love to Langa. This nonprofit organization provides educational support to children in Cape Town, South Africa. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association and is an honorary member of Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
