Patrick C. Timoney

Patrick C. Timoney is a partner at Devine Timoney Law Group in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, where his practice centers on complex plaintiff's products liability litigation, insurance coverage and recovery matters, and large-loss claims handled on behalf of insurance carriers and excess insurers. His work also extends to motor vehicle and trucking crashworthiness disputes, construction and farming equipment accidents, and billing disputes between medical providers, individuals and health plans.

Over a career spanning more than three decades, Mr. Timoney has built a reputation as a formidable litigator, having tried numerous cases to verdict in both state and federal courts across the country. His practice has long been anchored in product liability matters, with particular depth in cases involving heavy machinery and equipment used in construction and agriculture, as well as crashworthiness claims arising from motor vehicle and trucking accidents.

Academically, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University in 1988 and his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1992.
