Timothy A. Nolte serves as the managing partner at Ethen Ostroff Law. Tim enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2004. During his military service, he deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and served as an infantry squad leader with Fox Company, 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, based at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Tim attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts where he earned his law degree with a concentration in Trial and Appellate Advocacy.
Before assuming his current role, Tim served as the Pennsylvania managing attorney for a personal injury law firm with a national presence. Tim’s approach to advocacy is rooted in the discipline, accountability, and teamwork that shaped his service in the Marine Corps.
As managing partner, Tim is committed to building a firm grounded in integrity, accountability, and respect. His vision is a collaborative environment where attorneys and staff support one another, take ownership of their work, and keep clients’ needs at the center of every decision.
Tim believes that a strong firm culture translates into better client service. He emphasizes thorough preparation, clear communication, and a willingness to address difficult questions directly. His goal is for every client to feel heard, informed, and treated with dignity—and for every member of the firm to share responsibility for delivering that experience.
