Tony Cosentino has recovered over $100 million in awards and settlements for victims of negligence and injured workers in Pennsylvania.  Tony’s cases involve motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, workers’ compensation claims, construction accidents, liquor liability, premises liability and cases involving the general negligence of others. Tony’s legal victories have resulted in safer workplaces throughout central Pennsylvania, increased protections for the public, and the prosecution of businesses that failed to carry workers compensation insurance.  

In 2013, Tony became one of the first and one of the youngest attorneys to be certified as specialist by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation.  He was listed in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers-Rising Stars from 2014 – 2020, and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in 2024.  He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, National Trial Lawyers Top 100, National Association of Distinguished Counsel, and achieved a 10.0 rating from Avvo.  Tony is a longtime member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. 

Tony is a past president of the Franklin County Bar Association and continues to serve on the Association’s Board of Directors, Law Library Committee, Bench Bar Committee and Bar Foundation Board. Tony previously was appointed by the Franklin County Bar to serve as a representative to the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s House of Delegates and is a past recipient of the Pro Bono Award for Service from the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Tony provides pro bono services to Franklin County’s legal aid organizations and is a past recipient of the Rotary Club of Chambersburg’s Rotarian of the Year award. 

Tony attended Boston College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.  After graduation, he attended the Temple University Beasley School of Law, serving on the editorial board of the Temple Journal of Science, Technology and Environmental Law and earning distinction in Temple Law’s highly acclaimed trial advocacy program.  While in law school, Tony worked at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg and in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in New York City.
