Joseph P. Stampone is the founder and the principal shareholder of the Philadelphia-based law firm of Stampone Law. As the managing shareholder of the firm, he focuses on cases that pertain to a variety of civil litigation and transactional matters, including complex personal injury cases. He has an extensive record of success and takes great pride in helping clients from Philadelphia and from Montgomery, Bucks, Chester and Delaware counties seek positive outcomes in cases pertaining to the following:

Mr. Stampone earned his law degree from Western New England University School of Law in 1980, graduating at the top of his class. He then received admittance to the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He also has permission to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Tax Court.

In 2021, Mr. Stampone was the driving force behind the planning, production, and painting of a community based mural entitled "Lady Justice". The mural contains a prominent quotation by Martin Luther King, Jr., which reads "Injustice Anywhere is a Threat to Justice Everywhere". The mural was painted by world renowned muralist Eric Okdeh and adorns the law firm building located in Cheltenham, PA. It has become a well known and prominent part of the Cheltenham community.
