Matthew T. Wilkov

Working as a partner at Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg & Gifford, P.C., in Colmar, Pennsylvania, Matthew T. Wilkov advocates for clients in cases of personal injury. He serves clients across Pennsylvania in matters of medical malpractice, criminal defense and products liability. Previously working as the Chief of Administrative Law for the 82nd Airborne Division, U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, he brings strong dedication and perseverance to his practice, ensuring his clients are compensated for what they deserve.

Upon graduating from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations, Mr. Wilkov enrolled in Temple University Beasley School of Law to hone his legal skills. While at law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Society. He also served as a law clerk at his current firm, gaining early experience in judicial practice. Gaining his Juris Doctor in 1994, he was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania the following year.

Mr. Wilkov served as a legal assistance attorney in the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate for the XVIII Airborne Corps and was later reassigned to the 20th Engineer Brigade, where he served as trial counsel. Later he started his private practice at his current firm and has since been committed to advocating for personal injury clients. Admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the U.S. Supreme Court, he provides strong advocacy for his clients at all levels.

Mr. Wilkov actively participates in the Trial Lawyers Section of the Montgomery Bar Association and has previously held leadership roles as Chair of the Young Lawyers Section, the Juvenile Rules Committee and the Member Services Committee. He has been mentioned in various magazines and was also voted "One of the Best Lawyers" in The Reporter's Reader's Choice Awards.
