The head of the real estate team at The Lynch Law Group, Krista M. Kochosky devotes most of her practice to that area of the law. The firm is located in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, and she represents people and businesses throughout Butler County and other parts of the greater Pittsburgh metropolitan area. A significant portion of Ms. Kochosky’s real estate practice is transactional, and in this regard, she has represented clients in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties. Her experience also includes the development of commercial properties, and she works with developers and owners and prepares and reviews lease agreements. Ms. Kochosky’s caseload has also encompassed zoning and land use issues, and she has experience in equity and debt financing.

Outside of her real estate practice, Ms. Kochosky advises entrepreneurs who are thinking about starting a new business. At the outset, she advises them as to the most appropriate form of legal entity that the venture should operate under, and once it is formed, her work has included the preparation of contracts and the furnishing of advice and counsel on local, state, and federal regulatory compliance.

Ms. Kochosky is frequently asked to deliver presentations on topics related to her practice areas to professional seminar attendees. A graduate of Kent State University, where she majored in English and criminal justice and received a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in 1993, she attended Duquesne University School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctor in 1997.
