Brook M. Hastings is the founder of Hastings Law, LLC, in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. She concentrates her practice on wills, estate planning, probate and estate administration, elder law, guardianship and business incorporation. She also assists clients with deed preparation, contract review and related litigation. Before establishing her own practice, Ms. Hastings spent more than a decade with a prominent firm. There, she worked extensively on complex litigation matters, gaining valuable experience that informs her current practice and gives her clients an advantage in both planning and dispute resolution.
Ms. Hastings earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, followed by a certificate in estate planning and an LL.M. in taxation, further enhancing her ability to guide clients through sophisticated estate and tax issues.
In addition to her private practice, Ms. Hastings serves on the Montgomery County arbitration panel, where she helps resolve disputes involving personal injury and contract matters. She volunteers with Wills for Heroes, a program that provides basic estate planning services to Pennsylvania’s first responders, and with the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project (MCAP), where she serves as a child advocate and legal representative for children who are victims of abuse and neglect.
