Brook M. Hastings

Brook M. Hastings is the founder of Hastings Law, LLC, in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. She concentrates her practice on wills, estate planning, probate and estate administration, elder law, guardianship and business incorporation. She also assists clients with deed preparation, contract review and related litigation. Since opening her firm in 2016, she has been committed to providing practical, tailored solutions that help individuals and families plan for the future and protect their most important assets.

Before establishing her own practice, Ms. Hastings spent more than a decade with a prominent firm. There, she worked extensively on complex litigation matters, gaining valuable experience that informs her current practice and gives her clients an advantage in both planning and dispute resolution.

Ms. Hastings earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, followed by a certificate in estate planning and an LL.M. in taxation, further enhancing her ability to guide clients through sophisticated estate and tax issues.

In addition to her private practice, Ms. Hastings serves on the Montgomery County arbitration panel, where she helps resolve disputes involving personal injury and contract matters. Her ability to approach cases with fairness and thoughtful analysis has earned her the respect of both colleagues and clients.

Ms. Hastings is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association.

Deeply committed to community service, Ms. Hastings devotes significant time to pro bono work. She volunteers with Wills for Heroes, a program that provides basic estate planning services to Pennsylvania’s first responders, and with the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project (MCAP), where she serves as a child advocate and legal representative for children who are victims of abuse and neglect.
