During her time in law school, Ms. Sholley demonstrated her commitment to academic excellence and legal research by serving as a research assistant on the Harper James & Gray on Torts treatise. Her dedication to legal scholarship continued as she served as a staff member of the Widener Commonwealth Law Review and later, took on the role of its Symposium/Pennsylvania Law Editor.
Ms. Sholley’s academic achievements were recognized through various honors and awards, including the Widener Commonwealth Law Performance Scholarship and multiple CALI Awards, which recognize the top student in each class. She secured her Juris Doctorate in 2018 and graduated cum laude with a Legal Research and Writing Award.
Following her graduation, Ms. Sholley gained valuable experience in the legal field by practicing in the personal injury field for approximately 1.5 years. Subsequently, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ryan M. Tira in the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas for two years. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
