Harold M. Goldner

Harold M. Goldner is the principal attorney at the law firm Friedman Schuman in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. He focuses his practice on employment litigation, general litigation, corporate and business law, trade secrets and noncompete litigation, unemployment compensation claims and defense, personal injury, and internal investigation of workplace conduct and incidents. 

Serving customers in Fort Washington, the greater Philadelphia area and all of Pennsylvania, Mr. Goldner makes sure to offer the most effective legal services to his clients using his 42-plus years of experience in the legal field. With a bachelor’s degree in English and political science, Mr. Goldner graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. He attended Boston University for his legal studies and earned his Juris Doctor in 1980. In 1995, he completed his master’s degree in law in trial advocacy at the Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law. 

An ardent member of prominent legal associations, Mr. Goldner is a member of the Montgomery Bar Association Judiciary Committee and the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Federal Practice Committee, Labor and Employment Law Section Council, and Solo and Small Firm Practice Section Council. He also is a member of the board of directors of the Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company’s Executive, Investment, and Governance Committee, a facilitator for the Tri-State Human Relations Coalition and president of the Philadelphia Business Executives. 

Mr. Goldner is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
