Marc Howard Snyder

As a seasoned practitioner, he has represented clients in numerous cases across the country against every major disability insurer, including MetLife, Prudential Financial and New York Life Insurance. He represents clients in Delaware and the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Mr. Snyder’s practice encompasses all aspects of a disability proceeding, from initial applications to lawsuits and settlement negotiations. He has a great deal of experience developing strong arguments to overturn unfavorable rulings and managing appeals of disability claims that have been rejected or terminated. He is also highly experienced in negotiations and always strives to attain the best possible settlement that aligns with his clients’ goals.

After graduating from The Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in quantitative business analysis, Mr. Snyder served in the insurance sector for a decade. This experience in pre-law provided him with insight into the insurance sector. He then proceeded to earn his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School in 1997 and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. He is additionally admitted to practice in various federal and state courts.

As a frequently sought-after speaker, Mr. Snyder has presented at the 10th Annual Northeast Regional Employment Law Institute, and various Pennsylvania and Delaware Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars on topics of ERISA and social security disability insurance. He has further presented for The Parkinson Council and the Autism Spectrum Disorder Symposium.
