Benjamin D. Andreozzi

A staunch, nationwide advocate for victims of heinous sex abuse, Benjamin D. Andreozzi fights tooth and nail to provide his clients with the justice they deserve for the immense hardship they have had to endure, and to hold the responsible parties accountable for their actions. At Andreozzi & Foote in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, he serves clients who have been sexually abused by individuals, as well as those who have been enabled through myriad institutions, businesses and other organizations. He maintains close affiliations with many legal organizations within his legal community, including the National Crime Victim Bar Association, the Dawson County Victim Assistance Program and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, among others.

Mr. Andreozzi completed his undergraduate studies in 1999, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Gettysburg College. He went on to attend the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where he strengthened his legal talents through his active involvement in many activities, such as serving as team captain of the National Trial Competition Team. He received his Juris Doctor and license to practice law in Pennsylvania in 2002, and later became admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
