Christopher J. Marzzacco

Focusing his practice on personal injury, workers’ compensation and SSDI, Christopher J. Marzzacco is the owner and managing attorney at Marzzacco Niven & Associates. Serving clients throughout Pennsylvania, he strives to help those injured or killed due to the negligence of others or as a result of workplace accidents to obtain the compensation they need and deserve. Understanding what recovering damages or benefits may mean for his clients and their families, Mr. Marzzacco aggressively advocates to see their rights upheld.

Mr. Marzzacco earned a Bachelor of Arts from Wilkes University in 1993. He went on to attend the Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1996.

Having more than two decades of legal experience, Mr. Marzzacco has successfully  represented clients injured or killed in tractor trailer and other motor vehicle crashes, construction accidents, slips and falls, premises liability, dangerous and defective products, brain injuries and wrongful death/survival actions. Determined to see those he represents receive full and fair compensation, he pursues every option available under the law. Mr. Marzzacco has helped secure favorable settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients, including $2.15 million; $1.85 million; $1.65 million; $1.5 million; $1.15 million and $1 million.

Actively involved in the legal community, Mr. Marzzacco is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ), the Dauphin County Bar Association, and the Cumberland County Bar Association. Sharing his knowledge with others, he has lectured for PAJ, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI), and numerous other professional groups and associations on topics relating to personal injury and automobile accident law.

Mr. Marzzacco currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Dauphin County Bar Association and on the Dean's Advisory Board at Widener University Commonwealth Law School.  In the past, Marzzacco has served as a Chair on Dauphin County's Arbitration Panel (2014-205; 2018-2019), and served on York County's arbitration program as well.
