Focusing his practice on personal injury, workers’ compensation and SSDI, Christopher J. Mr. Marzzacco earned a Bachelor of Arts from Wilkes University in 1993. He went on to attend the Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1996.

Having more than two decades of legal experience, Mr. Marzzacco has successfully  represented clients injured or killed in tractor trailer and other motor vehicle crashes, construction accidents, slips and falls, premises liability, dangerous and defective products, brain injuries and wrongful death/survival actions. Determined to see those he represents receive full and fair compensation, he pursues every option available under the law. Mr. Marzzacco has helped secure favorable settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients, including $2.15 million; $1.85 million; $1.65 million; $1.5 million; $1.15 million and $1 million.

Actively involved in the legal community, Mr. Marzzacco is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ), the Dauphin County Bar Association, and the Cumberland County Bar Association. Sharing his knowledge with others, he has lectured for PAJ, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI), and numerous other professional groups and associations on topics relating to personal injury and automobile accident law.

Mr. Marzzacco currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Dauphin County Bar Association and on the Dean's Advisory Board at Widener University Commonwealth Law School.  In the past, Marzzacco has served as a Chair on Dauphin County's Arbitration Panel (2014-205; 2018-2019), and served on York County's arbitration program as well.

  • $1,000,000 for a tractor trailer driver who was severely injured after his cab was struck by a wheel that had sheered-off from another tractor trailer in York, Pennsylvania.
  • $1,015,000 for a man operating his motorcycle who was paralyzed from the chest down when a commercial vehicle driver and crew failed to secure a piece of equipment properly. The crash took place in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.
  • $1,265,000 for the parents of a woman killed in a car crash caused by a DUI driver. The crash took place on Route 81 in Lebanon County.
  • $1,500,000 for the parents and children of a young woman from Pennsylvania killed by a distracted driver in Myrtle Beach, SC.
