David Wisneski

A partner at Navitsky, Olson & Wisneski LLP, David Wisneski focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Based in Harrisburg, he represents clients throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania since 1990, Mr. Wisneski is also admitted to practice in New York as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Wisneski's client base consists of people who have been harmed by the negligence of other persons or entities, and the types of cases, which he has handled have arisen out of incidents involving birth injuries and other types of medical malpractice as well as motor vehicle crashes. His courtroom successes started when he was merely two years out of law school and obtained a jury award in excess of $400,000 in what was reported as the first verdict involving a doctor's error in the history of Cumberland County. Since that time, he has obtained millions of dollars in compensation for his clients through both verdicts and negotiated settlements, and this has led to his membership in the invitation-only Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Other recognition that Mr. Wisneski has received has included a Distinguished* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and being named by Philadelphia magazine in its annual list of the Top Attorneys in Pennsylvania for two consecutive years.

In 1987, Mr. Wisneski received his Bachelor of Science magna cum laude from The University of Scranton, and he also holds a Master of Arts from the same institution. He obtained his legal education at the Dickinson School of Law, part of The Pennsylvania State University, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1990.
