Eileen A. Pomento

As an attorney with Krasno, Krasno & Onwudinjo, Eileen A. Pomento is committed to representing people in Bloomsburg, Wilkes-Barre, Stroudsburg, Norristown, Philadelphia, Allentown, Pottsville, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Williamsport, Reading and throughout the state of Pennsylvania. She focuses her practice on Social Security Disability and workers' compensation cases.

Ms. Pomento graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Rosemont College. She went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law in 1997. During her time there, she participated in the Widener Law-Harrisburg Moot Court Honor Society and was invited to join the prestigious Order of Barristers.

With more than 15 years of experience, Ms. Pomento understands the importance of helping sick or injured workers secure the benefits they deserve. She has handled cases that involve all aspects of workers' compensation law and works tirelessly to ensure clients receive the maximum benefits possible. Ms. Pomento dedicates her practice to litigation, regularly bringing cases to trial. For her efforts, she has been named in Philadelphia magazine's Rising Stars list six times.

A member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association, Ms. Pomento is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In addition to participating as a speaker at several seminars, Ms. Pomento holds memberships with the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the New Jersey Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection, the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group and the Schuylkill County Bar Association.
