Larry A. Weisberg

Based in Pennsylvania, Larry A. Weisberg handles wage and hour cases across the country. As a partner at Weisberg Cummings, P.C., he takes on employment law issues in his home state that involve matters such as sexual harassment and discrimination.

In 1988, Mr. Weisberg graduated with a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the University of Pennsylvania. He then attended the Widener University Commonwealth Law School, graduating summa cum laude as valedictorian with a Juris Doctor in 1999. Today, Mr. Weisberg is still involved with the law school as an adjunct professor teaching business planning and employment discrimination.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Mr. Weisberg understands the circumstances people here face as they battle unfair employment law practices. He is sensitive toward a client’s situation as he develops a strategy for reaching compensation for the wrongdoing he or she has suffered. Clear and concise communication is how he keeps clients informed and brings them peace of mind during an otherwise troublesome time. A member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section, Mr. Weisberg is always on top of new techniques and changes in the law.

These matters are often resolved outside the courtroom. As an efficient negotiator, Mr. Weisberg is often able to recover fair settlements for clients. However, when employers try to shortchange his clients, Mr. Weisberg is more than prepared to go to litigation. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.

Outside his practice, Mr. Weisberg enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
