Mr. Foote completed his undergraduate studies in 2008, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in international affairs and politics from James Madison University. He then enrolled at the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. During his time in law school, he was actively involved in the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic and was on the editorial board of the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs.
Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor in 2014, Mr. Foote interned for the Honorable Kim R. Gibson of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Anthony Trenga of the United States District for the Eastern District of Virginia. This experience gave him immense insight into the inner workings of the federal judiciary, which he now uses for his clients’ benefit.
For his many contributions, Mr. Foote has been inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and is rated “Very Good” on Avvo. Within his legal community, he is actively affiliated with the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the National Crime Victim Bar Association.
