Robert C. Keller

Hailing from Chester, Pennsylvania, Robert C. Keller is a senior partner at Keller, Lisgar & Williams, LLP, which has branches across the state in – Havertown, Philadelphia, Media and Richboro. Serving the residents of Pennsylvania statewide, he focuses his practice in and around the Philadelphia metropolitan area. His area of practice is concentrated on criminal defense, incorporating a wide array of matters that it constitutes, including:

Throughout his more than four decades of legal experience, Mr. Keller has practiced in several fields of law. He commenced his journey with law in the areas of civil litigation, real estate law, family law and bankruptcy. Later, he was placed as an assistant district attorney in Delaware County, where he began his tenure as a prosecutor by attending to cases of juvenile crimes.  

Retiring in 1988 after representing the state in trials including high-profile murder, rape, robbery and burglary, Mr. Keller stepped into the field of private practice, initially focussed on criminal law, personal injury law and family law. Forming Keller, Lisgar & Williams, LLP, in 2003, he transitioned exclusively to criminal defense and has represented a multitude of cases since then, obtaining not guilty verdicts for thousands of them.

In addition to common misdemeanors and felonies, Mr. Keller also proficiently handles matters involving child pornography, terroristic threats, expungements and other appeals. He has secured memberships in various prominent legal organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Delaware County Bar Association. He has also served as the president of the Delaware County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Extending his service toward the welfare of his community, Mr. Keller has been a board member of the County Office of Services for the Aging (COSA) and has been awarded for his achievements in pro bono representation.
