Mr. Granor's practice includes representing builders and developers as well as community associations, drafting condominium and planned community documents, plus representing buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants in simple and complex residential, commercial and industrial real estate transactions. His clients include developers, condominium and home owners' associations, lessors, owner-occupants, banks, investors, and business entities. He is Immediate Past Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section as well as past-editor of its newsletter. Mr. Granor is a fellow of the College of Community Association Lawyers and is a frequent lecturer on community association and real estate matters for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and other continuing education providers. He is a member of Community Associations Institute Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley Legislative Action Committee, as well as being a licensed Pennsylvania and New Jersey real estate broker and title insurance agent. Mr. Granor is the managing shareholder of the firm.
