Timothy G. Daly

The founder of the Pennsylvania-based law firm Daly & Clemente, P.C., Timothy G. Daly is a personal injury attorney focusing his practice on issues including premises liability, medical malpractice, slip-and-falls, and motor vehicle accidents. His firm has offices located in Chester and Montgomery in Pennsylvania, and in New Jersey and Colorado, where he serves his clients.

In 1996, Mr. Daly joined Hampden-Sydney College for his bachelor’s degree in classical and ancient studies. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, he completed a course on classics and classical languages, literature and linguistics from Trinity College Dublin. Later, he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Widener University School of Law in 2004.

With over 17 years of legal experience, Mr. Daly makes sure to maintain personal yet professional relations with all his clients. He understands the difficult situation that an injured person is in and acts accordingly. Over the years, he has gained experience litigating a wide range of personal injury cases from workers’ compensation to wrongful death, as well as cases pertaining to estate planning and administration. He has also served as a councilman for the Borough of Phoenixville and continues his active participation in the rejuvenation of the downtown area.

Mr. Daly is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania since 2004 and admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the district courts in the state. He has recovered compensation worth millions of dollars for his clients on road accidents and accidental deaths.
