Neil T. O'Donnell represents clients based in Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Kingston and the surrounding communities. 

His practice focuses on personal injury matters including sexual exploitation, dram shop and alcohol cases, auto and truck collisions, product liability and premises liability. He handles cases involving insurance coverage, bad faith issues and workers’ compensation law. He is the founder of O’Donnell Law Offices in Kingston.

 

Mr. O’Donnell graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in history from King’s College in 1984. He earned his law degree at University of Pittsburgh, where he was a member of the Journal of Law and Commerce. Earning his Juris Doctor (cum laude) in 1987, he was licensed the same year in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and later, in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. O’Donnell is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He maintains his relationships with the legal community by playing an active role in several other prominent associations. He is a member of:
