Daniel M. Keane

As an associate attorney at Begley, Carlin & Mandio, LLP, based in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, Daniel M. Keane provides legal representation across family law, general litigation and criminal defense, with a particular focus on DUI/DWI matters. He assists clients with complex and often highly personal legal issues, offering practical counsel tailored to their individual circumstances and goals.

Mr. Keane’s family law practice encompasses a broad range of matters, including divorce and dissolution, alimony and spousal support, child support, custody and visitation, domestic violence, marital property, prenuptial agreements and fathers’ rights. He also handles same-sex family law matters, helping clients navigate the legal and financial considerations that can arise during significant transitions in their lives.

In addition to his family law work, Mr. Keane represents clients in general litigation and criminal defense matters. His criminal defense practice includes a particular emphasis on DUI/DWI cases, where careful attention to the circumstances of an arrest and the potential consequences of a conviction can be critical. His broad practice allows him to address disputes and legal challenges with a well-rounded perspective.

Mr. Keane is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, allowing him to represent clients in federal matters within that jurisdiction.

An active member of the legal community, Mr. Keane is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association, the Bucks County American Inn of Court and the Bucks County Bar Association’s Family Law, Criminal Law and Civil Litigation Sections. He has also served on the Bucks County Bar Association Board of Directors.

Mr. Keane earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2000.
