Karen Ann Ulmer

The founding partner of Karen Ann Ulmer, P.C., in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, Karen Ann Ulmer is a relentless and compassionate family law attorney serving the Philadelphia metro area. She has over 25 years of experience litigating and mediating a wide range of matters such as divorce, child custody and parenting time, spousal maintenance, adoptions and marital agreements.

Ms. Ulmer's empathy, understanding and drive to assist families through difficult legal situations stem from her personal divorce experience. Majoring in psychology, Ms. Ulmer completed her Bachelor of Science degree. at Duke University in 1991. During her time there, she was part of the Catholic Student Union and Alpha Phi Omega. She served as the president of the Psychology Majors' Union and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity. In 1995, she received her Juris Doctor at Widener University Delaware Law School, where she was a representative of the Student Bar Association. She holds an L.L.M. in securities litigation from Georgetown University Law Center.

One to give back to her community, Ms. Ulmer functions as a vice president of The Peace Center in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, a nonprofit that strives for community peace and social justice. Furthermore, she is appointed to the Bucks County Women’s Commission and is the former president of YWCA Bucks County.
