Eric C. Frey

Eric C. Frey is an experienced and knowledgeable attorney with the Law Offices of Dischell, Bartle & Dooley, PC, in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Mr. Frey focuses his practice on real estate law, tax and business issues, land use, zoning law and municipal law. He represents clients throughout Pennsylvania in all phases of real estate transactions, including zoning, development, purchases, sales and organization of ownership for condominiums, and homeowners associations. His broad client base includes a varied group of businesses, individuals and municipalities, such as Exxon, Toll Brothers, Continental Realty, Hatfield Township and the North Wales Water Authority.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Frey worked in real estate as a title searcher. He still provides that service, in addition to title insurance, to his clients through his own company, Liberty Bell Abstract, LLC.

Mr. Frey graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1995. Prior to law school, he earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1991. He has been admitted to practice law before state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Frey enjoys sharing his experience and insight with others through various professional groups, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association, and he is the vice chairman of the Lower Providence Township Zoning Hearing Board. He has also delivered presentations on an array of real estate issues to the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association and the Montgomery Bar Association. In addition to his involvement with these organizations, Mr. Frey is active in local politics.
