With over 45 years of experience and numerous successes, including three significant cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Mark has cemented his reputation in the community as a robust and effective advocate for clients in divorce litigation, including property distribution, child support and visitation, and grandparents' rights matters.

Mark graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle with a Bachelor of Arts in history, and he earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before all district and supreme courts in both states. He has held multiple esteemed positions, including secretary, treasurer, president and president-elect for the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and he has held similar positions as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. In addition, he is a member of the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court, the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Joint State Government Commission's Advisory Committee and Task Force on Domestic Relations Law.

A published author whose works include articles on family law topics such as child custody for the Pennsylvania Law Journal and the Philadelphia Legal Intelligencer, Mr. Dischell has also taught nearly 30 classes and seminars on various aspects of family law at Villanova University and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. From 2005 to 2012, he was ranked among the Ten Leaders of Greater Philadelphia for Matrimonial & Divorce Law, and he regularly participates in the Lansdale Rotary Club, for which he once served as president, in addition to being a 32nd degree Freemason.
