Ernest J. Pribanic

Ernest J. Pribanic is an attorney with Pribanic & Pribanic in White Oak, Pennsylvania, where he represents clients in catastrophic personal injury matters. Mr. Pribanic earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law. Before pursuing his legal career, Mr. Pribanic studied at the University of Pittsburgh, earning a B.A., magna cum laude, in English literature and completing honors studies through the University of Pittsburgh School of Education. His earlier experience teaching English, literature and creative writing continues to influence the way he presents cases, particularly when explaining complicated facts to jurors.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pribanic has secured numerous seven- and eight-figure recoveries in cases involving product liability, medical malpractice and catastrophic accidents. He is known for meticulous preparation and a willingness to take challenging matters to trial. His professional accomplishments have earned recognition through his induction into the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and repeated inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, including recognition as a “Lawyer of the Year.”

Mr. Pribanic is a member of the American Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and American Inns of Court. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
