Attorney Anthony M. Hoover is a founding member of the Levin Hoover Family Law Firm, which has law offices in Lemoyne and Lancaster, Pennsylvania. A top-rated attorney with more than 10 years of legal experience, Mr. Hoover focuses his practice primarily on complex family law, and he provides representation to clients throughout the Commonwealth Pennsylvania.

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Hoover has achieved success helping his clients protect their rights and interests and achieve the favorable outcomes  involving child custody and support, alimony, property and debt distribution, and other related matters. He also has extensive experience dealing with cases involving grandparents' rights and other complicated custody situations as well as with complex business valuations, retirement accounts, relocation issues, drug and alcohol issues, and emergency injunctive relief. 

Recognized as a leader in his field, Mr. Hoover has published dozens of articles on family law, and he has served as adjunct professor at Widener University Commonwealth Law School. He has also conducted many lectures and continuing legal education seminars across his region, and he served as co-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Family Law Section rules committee as well as at-large member of the organization's executive committee.

Mr. Hoover is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Bar Leadership Institute and member of the Family Law Council for both the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Dauphin County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Dauphin County Court Relations Committee and the Cumberland County Bar Association's Family Law Section.

A dean's list scholar and All-ACC academic honor roll member, Mr. Hoover graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2005, where he was also an All-ACC track and field athlete and recipient of the track and field team athletic scholarship. He then attended Widener University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2009.

While in law school, Mr. Hoover was again a dean's list scholar and received the Faerie L. Angle Educational Trust Legal Scholarship Award and the Widener University School of Law Distinguished Service Award. He also served as associate staff member and business/external managing editor of the Widener Law Journal.

Outside his legal practice, Mr. Hoover supports his local community through his involvement with various charitable and civic organizations. He is a former board member of the Community Justice Project, and volunteered his time and legal services with Mid Penn Legal Services and other pro bono efforts.
