Craig A. Licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, Mr. Falcone is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle District of Pennsylvania, 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He maintains an active presence in the legal community through his memberships in the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Delaware County Bar Association. Mr. Falcone has tried numerous cases to verdict over his tenure. He has also argued cases before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts.
