Craig A. Falcone

Craig A. Falcone is a founding partner at Sacchetta & Falcone in Media, Pennsylvania, where he provides distinguished legal representation to individuals throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts. With over two decades of experience, he has built a practice defined by unwavering professionalism and a relentless commitment to advocating for those who have suffered life-altering injuries or face serious legal challenges.  He prides himself on providing personal attention and aggressive representation for his clients.

Mr. Falcone focuses his practice on personal injury law, handling a broad spectrum of complex cases. He handles premises liability matters, construction accidents, injuries caused by dangerous products, workplace injuries, dog bites, injuries caused by snow and ice, assaults and motor vehicle and trucking accidents,. He is particularly noted for his work in catastrophic injury cases, including brain injuries and wrongful death claims. 

At Moravian College, Mr. Falcone earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science in 1995. He then attended Widener University Delaware Law School, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2000. His legal acumen and talents are recognized by his peers, as he holds a Distinguished* peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.

Licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, Mr. Falcone is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle District of Pennsylvania, 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He maintains an active presence in the legal community through his memberships in the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Delaware County Bar Association.  Mr. Falcone has tried numerous cases to verdict over his tenure.  He has also argued cases before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts.
