Susan Cherner

Susan Cherner devotes her practice to family law, concentrating on all aspects of divorce, as well as child custody and child support, prenuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements, and post-divorce matters. Her interest is in helping clients successfully resolve their differences. She is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Delaware County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and was President of Delaware County's Family Law Section. She has an AV rating, the highest rating awarded by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system, based on confidential opinions of members of the bar and the judiciary. Ms. Cherner received her B.A. from Bryn Mawr College and is a graduate of Villanova Law School. She has been on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list since 2007.
