Verdicts/Settlements (Case Results):
  • $1,603,200.80 verdict in a construction accident wherein a laborer fell three stories shattering his hip. $1.2 million resolution of a medical malpractice case wherein a patient died after having bariatric surgery. $1 million resolution of a products liability claim when a medical bed collapsed causing spinal injuries to a patient. $750,000.00 settlement of a trucking accident wherein a truck driver while on his cell phone crashed into the rear of plaintiff's vehicle causing plaintiff to suffer a brain injury. $647,500.00 verdict in a medical malpractice case wherein a doctor placed a medical stent in a patient who was allergic to nickel.  As a result, the patient suffered a severe allergic reaction Multiple high six figure settlements have been achieved on a variety of perwsonal injury actions including auto accidents, premises liability and construction accidents.
  • Jury verdict $7.6 million.     $3.5 million settlement with an international electronic component manufacturer.  The plaintiff suffered significant facial injuries as a result of an explosion which occurred due to a negligently-designed high voltage coupling mechanism.  Through extensive investigation and consultation with multidisciplinary experts, our attorneys were able to establish that the product was defectively designed and that viable, safer alternative designs existed.
