Jill K. McComsey

Jill Kelly McComsey is a personal injury attorney with an office just off the Quakertown exit of the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. As the owner of McComsey Law, LLC, Ms. McComsey represents injured victims and their families in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, medical malpractice, motorcycle accidents, nursing home malpractice, pedestrian accidents, product liability, slip and falls, trucking accidents, warehouse accidents and wrongful death. She represents clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ms. McComsey provides committed, compassionate representation to her clients. She has substantial litigation experience and guides her clients through the complexities of the legal process with the goal of obtaining full and fair compensation either through a settlement or at a trial. She understands the traumatic impact of an accident or loss of a family member due to negligence, and she works hard to bring her clients justice.

In honor of her success in the field of personal injury law and for how much she gives back to her community, Ms. McComsey has received honors and awards from organizations, including the Lehigh Valley Business Group, the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network and the American Heart Association. She received the most votes in the Happening List "Best of Bucks" for the Attorney Category from 2020-2023 and was a finalist in 2024.  She is an active member of the American Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, where she has served on the Board of Governors and as Co-Chair of the Women Trial Leaders Section.  Jill also serves on the Board Governors for the Northampton County Bar Association and is Co-Chair of the Solo and Small Firm Section of the Bucks County Bar Association.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in biology from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science, Ms. McComsey earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. She holds licenses to practice law before all Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
