Shauna Quigley

Shauna Quigley is a partner at Curtin & Heefner, LLP, a law firm located in Yardley and Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Ms. Quigley devotes her practice exclusively to matrimonial and family law, serving clients throughout the local Doylestown and Yardley communities. She provides compassionate representation to her clients, understanding that they are going through a difficult time. She is an experienced negotiator and litigator who works hard to ensure a fair outcome.

Ms. Quigley handles all types of family and matrimonial law matters, including those involving alimony, child custody, child support, divorce, equitable distribution, grandparents’ custody, marital settlement agreements and spousal support. She also has experience with cohabitation, domestic partnership and separation agreements.

Ms. Quigley earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and received her law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School. She obtained her license to practice law in 2009. She is qualified to practice before all Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

While attending law school, Ms. Quigley belonged to the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. After becoming a licensed attorney and joining Williams Family Law, P.C., she gained legal experience by clerking for a judge seated in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Active in her legal community, Ms. Quigley is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. In recognition of her accomplishments as a family law attorney, Philadelphia magazine named her one of the “top attorneys” in 2016.
