Andrew M. Milz is an experienced attorney with Flitter Milz, located in Narberth, Pennsylvania, where he focuses his practice on consumer protection law, concentrating in three core areas: solar company fraud, wrongful auto repossession and credit reporting errors. Raised in a union household in Northeastern Pennsylvania, he learned early from his parents the value of standing up for economic fairness and social justice – principles that have shaped his entire legal career fighting on behalf of everyday consumers and workers against corporate wrongdoing.

Beyond his core practice areas, Mr. Milz has built a reputation for tackling an expansive range of consumer-facing disputes, including fintech financing scams, defective products, data breaches and identity theft, violations of consumer privacy, civil rights matters, securities fraud and wage-and-hour claims. His courtroom record speaks for itself: thousands of clients represented, hundreds of favorable outcomes, several individual verdicts exceeding $1 million and participation as plaintiffs' counsel in more than three dozen class actions that have delivered upwards of $100 million in consumer relief.

Mr. Milz earned his J.D. from Temple University, where he served as executive editor of the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review and holds degrees in English literature from both the University of Scranton (M.A.) and King's College (B.A., cum laude). He further sharpened his trial skills as a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming.

Today, Mr. Milz also shapes the next generation of advocates as an adjunct professor at Temple University Beasley School of Law, teaching consumer protection law and litigation. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Montgomery Bar Associations and plays an active role in the National Association of Consumer Advocates, including its Military Consumer Justice Project.

In 2022, Community Legal Services of Philadelphia honored Mr. Milz with an Equal Justice Award for their sustained commitment to serving low-income consumers throughout Pennsylvania.
