Garbett provides compassionate representation for individuals in the New Castle and Pittsburgh areas as well as throughout Western Pennsylvania. He lends nearly four decades of experience to a variety of personal injury cases, including birth injuries, medical malpractice and auto accidents, as well as workers' compensation cases. His firm has secured multiple seven- and eight-figure settlements on behalf of injured clients.

A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. Garbett pursued his undergraduate studies at St. Vincent College in Latrobe before attending law school at Notre Dame, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 1975; he graduated from both colleges with high honors.
