He has been admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
Mr. Kelly has been honored as a board-certified civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, which is a Pennsylvania Supreme Court-approved agency. Mr. Kelly is involved in a number of organizations, including the Pennsylvania Association for Justice where he serves as treasure and as an executive committee member. He also served as President for the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association in 2015-16. Additionally, Mr. Kelly served as a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania for five years.
