As a New Castle native, Lawrence M. Kelly understands the values and heartbeat of the Pennsylvania neighborhood that he has called home for his entire life. Mr. Kelly has focused his energies on representing clients with legal needs in personal injury, auto accidents, medical malpractice and workers' compensation. As a partner of the firm Luxenberg, Garbett, Kelly & George, P.C., he represents clients in Allegheny, Lawrence, Beaver and Butler counties as well as other parts of Western Pennsylvania. After completing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Kelly went on to the University of Akron School of Law where he graduated cum laude and served as research editor of the University of Akron Law Review. He has been admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
Mr. Kelly has been honored as a board-certified civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, which is a Pennsylvania Supreme Court-approved agency. Mr. Kelly is involved in a number of organizations, including the Pennsylvania Association for Justice where he serves as President. He also served as President for the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association in 2015-16. Additionally, Mr. Kelly served as a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania for five years.
