Virginia M. King is the founder of ViKing Law in Newtown, Pennsylvania, a firm built on the principle that injured individuals deserve fierce advocacy paired with genuine personal care. Her career path naturally led her to personal injury law, where she channels her determination into standing up for people who have been harmed and need a trusted voice on their side.

Ms. King represents clients across a broad range of civil matters, including motor vehicle and trucking collisions, bicycle and rideshare accidents, unsafe property conditions, construction-related injuries, dog bites, consumer protection claims, property damage disputes and breach of contract matters. She also advises clients in cases involving defamation and online harassment, offering thoughtful guidance in complex and highly personal situations. After spending two decades working as an insurance defense attorney, Ms. King brings a rare and valuable perspective to her practice.
