Virginia M. King is the founder of ViKing Law in Newtown, Pennsylvania, a firm built on the principle that injured individuals deserve fierce advocacy paired with genuine personal care. Her career path naturally led her to personal injury law, where she channels her determination into standing up for people who have been harmed and need a trusted voice on their side.
Ms. King represents clients across a broad range of civil matters, including motor vehicle and trucking collisions, bicycle and rideshare accidents, unsafe property conditions, construction-related injuries, dog bites, consumer protection claims, property damage disputes and breach of contract matters. She also advises clients in cases involving defamation and online harassment, offering thoughtful guidance in complex and highly personal situations. No matter the claim, her focus remains on helping clients feel informed, supported and confident as their case moves forward.
After spending two decades working as an insurance defense attorney, Ms. King brings a rare and valuable perspective to her practice. That experience gave her an inside understanding of how insurers evaluate, defend and attempt to minimize claims. In 2022, she opened her own firm to shift her focus entirely to representing injured individuals, applying her knowledge of the “other side” to better protect her clients’ interests.
Ms. King personally evaluates every potential case and is selective about the matters she accepts, believing that meaningful representation requires time, attention and trust. She prioritizes clear communication, returning calls and messages promptly and explaining each step of the legal process in plain language. Rather than operating a high-volume practice, she limits her caseload to ensure each client receives individualized attention and consistent support.
Known for her ability to stand up to powerful opponents, Ms. King has successfully recovered substantial compensation for clients facing serious injuries. She is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was active in moot court and legal scholarship, and earned her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Miami.
