Gerald F. Strubinger, Jr.

A pillar of leadership within his legal community, Gerald F. Strubinger Jr. leverages his 30-plus years of experience at his clients’ behest, helping them at a time when they need it most. A managing shareholder at Strubinger Law, P.C., in Palmerton, Pennsylvania, he handles all aspects of personal injury law, as well as workers’ compensation law, and he is certified as a specialist in workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Law Section.

Mr. Strubinger completed his undergraduate studies in 1988 and went on to enroll at the Widener University School of Law, where he bolstered his legal acumen and talents that still remain a cornerstone of his practice today. He received his Juris Doctor in 1992, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Pennsylvania. Later on, he gained admission to practice before the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

With a penchant for devising innovative strategies to problems that require an out-of-the-box solution, Mr. Strubinger leaves no holds barred in his representation, fighting tooth and nail to get his clients the respite and peace of mind they deserve.
