Brian M. Fishman

The founder of The Fishman Firm, LLC, Brian M. Fishman protects the rights of people in the southeastern region of Pennsylvania. He focuses his practice on criminal defense and handles a number of issues including rape, forgery, DUI, assault, bail hearings, attempted murder, drug trafficking, aggravated assault, gunpoint robbery, appeals, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, fraud, sexual crimes and drug distribution. After graduating in 1996 from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in psychology, Mr. Fishman decided to pursue a career in law. He attended Temple University Beasley School of Law and served as an articles editor for the school's law journal. In 2001, Mr. Fishman graduated cum laude with his law degree.
