Brian S. Chacker

Representing the people of Pennsylvania since 1999, attorney Brian S. Chacker focuses his practice on personal injury law. Working with the Gay Chacker & Ginsburg, he has managed to secure multimillion-dollars’ worth of settlement and verdicts on behalf of his clients. He handles cases and attends to legal matters pertaining to:

• Medical malpractice

A 1996 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Mr. Chacker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication. He pursued his interest in law at the Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, and completed his doctorate in jurisprudence in 1999. The same year, he was licensed to practice both in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. 

Soon after graduation, Mr. Chacker was involved in intensive training while serving as an intern at the United States Attorney’s Office. He went on to work for two other major international law firms focusing on a wide spectrum of lawsuits. He has received a “Superb” rating on Avvo and has been peer reviewed with five-star ratings through Martindale-Hubbell.

A valuable member of the Pennsylvania legal community, Mr. Chacker is assigned several roles of responsibility at prominent legal associations. He was elected as the president of the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association. In addition, he currently serves important roles at the following associations, including the:
