Ms. Shepherd frequently publishes medical malpractice and trial preparation articles, and is a distinguished lecturer. She is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the Litigation Counsel of America. She served as the first woman president of The Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and president of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. She serves on the board of directors of the Lawyers’ Club of Philadelphia, and was the 2015-2016 president of the board of the Homeless Advocacy Project (HAP).
