Casey B. Green

Casey Green has been an attorney for more than 18 years at Sidkoff, Pincus & Green, a Philadelphia boutique law firm that offers high-quality services to individuals and businesses of all sizes. He represent clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey in commercial and employment matters, contract negotiations including non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants, litigation related to trade secrets and intellectual property, and various disputes of all types and sizes. At Sidkoff, Pincus & Green, he works alongside some outstanding attorneys and has been part of significant outcomes, including numerous multi-million dollar awards and settlements for plaintiffs, and dismissals and defense awards for defendants.

He has been awarded Pro Bono Roll of Honor for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania in numerous years.  He was named a Top Attorney of Pennsylvania by Philadelphia Magazine in multiple years.  Mr. Green received the Client Distinction Award from Martindale-Hubbell in 2012, 2013 and 2014 before it was reclassified as the Client Champion award, which he has been awarded in consecutive years. He routinely volunteers as an attorney for Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program and the Arts & Business Council of Greater Philadelphia.  Mr. Green also served as a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America from 2012-2020.
